Pure Projects provide Staff Secondment for Tenancy Design Review and Tenancy Fit-out Co-ordination Services on the retail and offices at the Deira Enrichment Project in Dubai on behalf of ITHRA Dubai.

The development consists of over 1000 retail units & offices and includes the popular Dubai Gold Souq (Market) extension. The Pure Projects team is supporting the Client and Tenants through the process of store design and fit-out to ensure a seamless non-intrusive fit-out that is in character with the project’s concept.

As part of Pure Projects commission, we assisted the Client with the development and implementation of the tenancy delivery system using of our cloud-based delivery system that allows delivery personnel to efficiently manage their tenancy delivery process via their compatible smartphone or tablet.
