Pure Singapore office was responsible for the successful delivery of Project Management and Construction Management Services for Koma Restaurant & Bar at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore which is one of the venues from the Sands Theatre Conversion (STC) Project.

​The project entailed the decant of one Sands Theatre and conversion of the theatre space into a multi-venue destination for dining and entertainment which was a joint operational effort between Marina Bay Sands and the Operator, Tao Group from New York USA.

​KOMA, a new concept from TAO Group, is a Japanese restaurant and sushi bar offering a modern interpretation of Japanese cuisine. Featuring original creations from Executive Chef Kunihiro Moroi, KOMA takes a bold and distinct approach in its menu, incorporating fresh and seasonal produce and ingredients from Japan. Recommended dishes include the Aburi Hamachi (Yellowtail) Salad and D.I.Y. Spicy Tuna, while meat lovers can look forward to the Wagyu Beef Tenderloin or the Wagyu Fried Rice.
