Al Yassat Tower (B+G+8+40)

This project is a 1,050 full-serviced 4 star apartments managed by Gloria Hotels International, 40 levels and 1437 car parking spaces, 342,000+ m² of Gross Floor Area in 1 and 2 bedroom formats including a multistorey carpark (Ground Level to 8th level), retail areas, commercial offices and podium level facilities.

Our construction management expertise was one of the key factors that successfully delivered the project. The original design for the two buildings was for medium-level residential purposes. However, the Client later altered their plans to a 5-star hotel, leading to the main contractor's departure. Our CM team then took charge and managed construction coordination among 72 subcontractors, overseeing 100% of the engineering design variations.

Richard played a key role as Clients Representative managing all aspects of the construction and MEP contracts and subcontracts from commercial / contract management through to construction management, construction and safety supervision through to contract completion and handover.
